Setup Instructions

Setup Instructions

  1. Press the Windows button to bring up the menu
  2. Go to Programs
  3. Go to ActiveSync
  4. Press Menu>Options>Add Server Source
  5. Enter the desired email address (and make sure it has the full domain for the email address)>Next
  6. Enter username, password, and domain. (Generally the domain is not needed on other devices but WinMobile tends to require it)>Next
  7. Enter the server address. (NOTE: Verify whether your certificate requires entering the IP Address or the domain name of the server or if it doesn't matter) This can make it appear that there are cert problems when it's just a matter of putting in the right form of the server.>Next
  8. Press Finish
  9. Wait for it to sync, You should see the Calendar, Contacts and Mail events Processing as it synchronizes. If it appears to take less than 3 seconds to sync it probably has a problem.
