Laura and has been working extensively with Novell products since 1989. As a Master CNI she has delivered countless Novell courses and in 2010 was awarded Advanced CNI status specializing in GroupWise. With Micro Focus in the picture now she has certified as a Micro Focus Authorized Instructor specializing in GroupWise.
