Setup Instructions
Note before you begin:The native app for this setting up Exchange Accounts
1. Press the middle Menu Button>Application>Roadsync 2. Press Options>Settings>Settings>Server Settings 3. Enter the requested information
- Username
- Password
- Server Name: Here you will put either the server DNS name or IP address. You'll want to make sure which one the cert on your mobility server will be looking for.
4. You can then set the specific sync schedule and sync criteria that you would like to be synced.
NOTES
- If there is a sync error and it tells you to look in the logs, you can access the logs from the RoadSync main screen by pressing Options>Help>View Log. That should tell you why it failed if the sync fails
- To manually sync if necessary, from the Roadsync main page press Options>Sync
- If a warning comes up to accept the certificate, choose the option to accept the certificate all the time.
